Macro Language Support Not Installed
What's the issue?
Copy-Fast works as a plug-in (also known as a add-in) to Microsoft Word.
To make the magic happen, Copy-Fast "talks" to Microsoft Word to get Word to do specific tasks. However for some tasks, Microsoft Word expects that macro language support be installed on your computer.
If the language support is not installed on your computer, Copy-Fast won't work as expected.
What are the symptoms?
When macro language support is not installed on your computer, Copy-Fast won't be able to create documents. So features such as Template, Hemingway Reports and Heatmap Reports won't work.
Instead, when you try to use these features you may see a message like this:

How do I fix it?
To fix this issue, you'll need to ensure macro language support is activated with your installation of Microsoft Office.
Here's how . . .
Control Panel Start by opening the Windows Control Panel. Click here to read how to do this (it's slightly different for each version of Windows). Scroll down the list of applications and select Microsoft Office. Then click Change. | ![]() | |
Add or Remove Features From the next screen, ensure Add or Remove Features is selected. Then click Continue. | ![]() | |
Installation Options 1 In the Installation Options screen, select Office Shared Features. Click the plus sign on the left to expand this item. | ![]() | |
Installation Options 2 Scroll down the list of Office Shared Features and select Visual Basic for Applications. | ![]() | |
Installation Options 3 Next to Visual Basic for Applications, click the down arrow ▼. From the short list, select Run from My Computer. Then click Continue. | ![]() | |
Configuration If you're prompted with a message, click OK. Windows will update Microsoft Office with the new setting. | ![]() | |
